Project Process
Every project starts with risk analysis and continues through commissioning and maintenance. The process runs in five phases, each with a written deliverable.
1. Risk analysis and needs assessment
Location, threat profile, occupancy and target duration are defined. The output is the requirement definition that grounds every engineering decision.
2. Concept and feasibility
Ground conditions, access, permitting and budget are assessed together. Module configuration, layout and an indicative cost range are established.
3. Engineering and detailed design
Structural calculations, airflow, power and water capacity, decontamination layout and electrical design are detailed into construction drawings and specifications.
4. Manufacturing and site works
Modules are fabricated and tested while site preparation runs in parallel. Transport, lifting, assembly and connections follow the planned sequence.
5. Commissioning, training and maintenance
Airtightness, filtration, power and monitoring are tested. Users are trained, procedures handed over and a periodic maintenance programme begins.
