Manufacturing and Quality
NUKKOR modules are built in a controlled factory environment. Weld quality, surface protection and airtightness are measured and recorded before anything leaves for site.
Why factory production matters
Site welding depends on weather and access. In the factory, position, temperature and inspection are controlled, which translates directly into shell integrity.
Material and welding
Structural steel selection, welding procedures and qualified welders are bound to the project specification. Critical seams are checked by visual and non-destructive inspection.
Surface protection and corrosion
For buried structures corrosion is the slowest but most certain enemy. Surface preparation, multi-layer coating and, where required, cathodic protection are planned together.
Testing and acceptance
Each unit follows a defined inspection sequence.
- Weld seam inspection
- Airtightness / pressure test
- Filter and fan performance test
- Electrical and grounding measurements
- Door and gasket functionality checks
- Commissioning and user training
Traceability
Material certificates, weld records and test reports are collected in the project file and handed over at delivery; maintenance is run against those records.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How is airtightness verified?
- The shell is pressurised and pressure decay is measured over a defined period, then reported against the acceptance criterion.
- Do you provide post-delivery maintenance?
- Yes, a periodic programme covering filter replacement, gasket checks and system testing.
